My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean overall and had a contemporary feel, but there was a noticeable smell of smoke. The service was a bit of a rollercoaster - some staff were very nice and helpful, while others were not friendly at all. However, they were great at fixing our room’s air conditioning and refrigerator. The location was excellent, just where I wanted to be, close to family, a mall, and great dining spots like my favorite Cheesecake Factory. On the downside, the dining experience was a bit disappointing, although they did extend the breakfast time, which was a plus.

Staying at the hotel was truly a highlight during our trip. The rooms had a cozy feel with dark wallpaper, but they could use more lights. The service was cordial and helpful with a refunded meal at checkout. The location was excellent, nestled in a nice commercial area close to SunTrust Park and the Cobb Galleria. The dining experience had its ups and downs, being a cut above the usual breakfast but causing some troubles. Overall, a convenient stay with a few hiccups.

Staying at the Galleria in Atlanta was a mix of highs and lows. The noisy open atrium was a downside, but the daily room cleaning by Valerie was a highlight of our trip!
